The main functions of the iron core include:
1. Magnetic conductivity: The iron core enables the transformer to effectively convert electrical energy through magnetic conductivity. It converts the electrical energy of a primary circuit into magnetic energy, and then converts the magnetic energy into the electrical energy of a secondary circuit.
The magnetic circuit that constitutes the transformer: The iron core is the main magnetic circuit of the transformer, through which the transformer can achieve magneto electric conversion and complete the transmission of electrical energy.
2. Mechanical skeleton: The iron core is not only a magnetic component, but also serves as the mechanical skeleton of the transformer, supporting other components such as coils and leads.
3. Reduce power loss: By using materials with high magnetic permeability and appropriate structural design, such as insulating and stacking silicon steel sheets, iron loss, including hysteresis loss and eddy current loss, can be reduced, thereby improving the efficiency of transformers.

The transformer bushing is the outlet device that leads the high and low voltage leads inside the transformer to the outside of the oil tank, with specified electrical strength and sufficient mechanical strength. The coil connected with the bushing ,its voltage level determines the insulation structure of the bushing. The using current of the bushing determines the cross section of the conductive part and the structure of the Wiring head.

Service conditions and performance of ordinary bushing
1. Ambient temperature: Minus 45 centigrade to 45 centigrade.
2. Altitude: ordinary bushing shall not exceed 1000m, and reinforced and Anti-fouling bushing shall not exceed 2500m.
3. Ordinary bushing is suitable for light pollution areas, and anti pollution bushing is suitable for heavy pollution areas.
4. Installation angle: the vertical or inclined angle shall not exceed 30 degrees.
