Using high quality CRGO steels with low iron-loss and high permeability in thickness of 0.23mm, 0.27mm, 0.30mm,0.35mm and 0.5mm. Laser CRGO the special electrical silicon steel for Power Transformer.

The core function of the transformer's iron core is to form a closed magnetic circuit, enhance and concentrate the magnetic field, and efficiently transmit electrical energy, serving as a key component in the transformer's "electromagnetic induction" energy conversion process.

When an alternating current is applied to the primary winding of a transformer, an alternating magnetic flux is generated. As a material with excellent magnetic conductivity (usually silicon steel sheets), the iron core can allow magnetic flux to flow along the closed loop formed by the iron core, reducing magnetic flux loss.

The high magnetic permeability of the iron core can significantly enhance the magnetic field strength around the winding, allowing the electrical energy on the primary side to be more efficiently transmitted to the secondary winding through magnetic coupling, achieving voltage rise and fall. If there is no iron core, the magnetic flux will be dispersed in the air, and the energy conversion efficiency will be extremely low.

The iron core is generally made by laminating thin silicon steel sheets. The hysteresis loss of silicon steel itself is small, and the laminated structure can cut off the flow path of eddy currents, reduce the energy loss caused by eddy current heating, and improve the operating efficiency of transformers.
